Prof. Dr. Ahmet Şaşmazel graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Medicine. He completed his speciality training in Cardiovascular Surgery at Istanbul University Cardiology Institute and worked at V.K.V American Hospital for 5 years. In 2012, Şaşmazel received the title of associate professor, became a professor in 2020 and is currently working in the Department of Paediatric Cardiac Surgery at Medipol Mega University Hospital.
Our project with Prof. Dr. Ahmet Şaşmazel, a paediatric heart surgeon, includes testimonials, detailed photo shoots and surgery scenes about paediatric heart diseases and treatment methods. The project aimed to emphasise Prof. Dr. Ahmet Şaşmazel’s expertise in paediatric cardiac surgery and the importance of a professional cardiac team.
In our videos, we reflected Prof. Dr. Şaşmazel’s professional experience and scientific approach in a clear and effective way. In our photo shoots, we showed the professionalism of the hospital environment equipped with modern medical devices and the quality of patient care. This project aims to provide reassuring support to families in their children’s health journey, while at the same time raising awareness in the community.
