Prof. Dr. Burak Onan graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Medicine and became a professor of Cardiovascular Surgery in 2021. Specialising in minimally invasive-endoscopic cardiac surgery and robotic surgery, Dr Onan has held important positions at OLV Hospital in Aalst, Belgium. Since 2013, he has performed more than 600 successful robotic heart surgeries with the robotic DaVinci device. He is currently working in the Department of Cardiovascular Surgery at Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital.
The project we carried out for Prof. Dr. Burak Onan, an expert in the field of Robotic Cardiac Surgery, includes video works introducing robotic surgery applications, detailed doctor photo shoots and surgery shots. Our project aims to highlight Prof. Dr. Burak Onan’s expertise in robotic surgery and innovative treatment methods.
In our videos, we effectively conveyed the benefits of this modern surgical method to the viewers by explaining Prof. Onan’s advanced techniques in robotic cardiac surgery and the advantages it provides to his patients. In the photo shoots, we visually reflected the advanced technology used in the surgical process and the professional working environment in the hospital. This project aims to highlight Prof. Burak Onan’s expertise in the field of robotic cardiac surgery and the effectiveness of its applications on cardiac surgery, while aiming to increase the awareness of this innovative treatment method in the society.
